Just doesn't grab you like some of the other colors.

It is definitely a more subdued color but I find in person I really like it. It has a hint of blue in certain lights.

THANKS JARED, for finding these . This color I'm thinking WILL BE one to Must-See in person to like or dislike !?
Any shots to be found under cloudy skies ? Based on the, as of now seen, shots of Max. (sunlight) & Patriot (clouds) it looks like Patriot is the clear winner - For Me - but still would like to see each in those other conditions & of course IN PERSON ! ! ! Again, thanks
edit, ps; this Limited is3 pay grades above my pay scale, my Big Horn would have the BROWN interior of cloth (not light beige)

It doesn't pop like some colors, but I think it looks good in person. Don't think I could get the air suspension, the truck looks like a low rider when it's parked witch is 90 percent of the time.

Maximum steel is one of those colors that absolutely does not photograph well, but it looks awesome in person especially with some good sunlight. I'm sure that Limited is drop dead gorgeous in person.

I agree with @DSOOBY Max steel looks really good in person, in photos it's nothing special.

Just had a phone chat with "my John" at the Dealer -- No "dd" he's not my "John" and he doesn't "deal" ha ha !
So, why-who, I mentioned that this morning I saw they were Finally getting in a Big Horn (same usual V8 stuff, but with the Center Console and in MAX STEEL-Metallic Clear Coat . . . YES, I WILL definitely take pictures and may even try for the 1st time Videoing IT with either my little digital camera or my new iPAD -- then download it HERE ! Could be a few weeks, but worth the wait, I think ! You'll just have to imagine it's a REBEL "dd" - Sorry ! Of course IF a REBEL ever shows up - especially in MAX. - I'll Post ! Happy ?

Anyone else notice that max steel is the one paint color that retains the chrome grill even when you have the sport package on the builder? Really weird, not a chrome fan but I really like the color.

I believe it is, but as you said the it's tricky with the lighting.
